BoulderReads! | Children’s and Teens’ Programs | Cinema Series | Concert Series | Literary and Cultural Events | Maria Rogers Oral History Program
Since 1976, the library’s Oral History Program has been collecting and archiving oral histories about Boulder County. The histories address such subjects as pioneering and mining, agriculture, business, the arts and education, daily life in the city and mountain towns, immigrant and ethnic populations, politics and political activism, and more.
Partially funded by an endowment that resides within the Boulder Library Foundation, as well as by occasional BLF grants, the collection can be accessed on-line and at the library’s Carnegie Branch Library for Local History.
